We were able to sell our home for over the asking price. We believe that this was partly due to the advice that Tom gave us in what to do to make sure that our house was well prepared to sell. Tom also had professional pictures taken that really showed off the best aspects of our home. The description that he wrote also clearly detailed our house and what set it apart from others on the market.

If you are looking for the best real estate agent in Las Vegas Tom Lobeck is the guy. From the minute my wife and I met Tom. we knew he was the right guys to represent us. He is extremely professional, personable detail oriented, but most of all he cares! His knowledge of the Las Vegas market and his vendor contacts were extremely helpful since we were out-of-state buyers. Buying a house in another state can be a daunting experience. However Tom made the whole process easy and painless! Not only did he help us get an incredibly low interest rate on our loan. He was alway ready and willing to help us with the small details that came up. Like going to the house to measure the space for a washer and dryer.
